Property Management Team.
We will essentially rent your property from you over a fixed term (minimum 3 years). During this time we will take over the management of the property, ensuring reliable tenancy, high stand of upkeep. We'll take the brunt if there are any unoccupied periods. You just sit back, put your feet up and we'll take it from here.
You absolutely can! Our service is for those landlords who would like a more stress free and hassle free approach to renting out their properties and earning a comfortable, guaranteed residual income every month!
We sign a commercial agreement, which allows us to legally rent your property from you for commercial (aka business) reasons.
Your property is our reputation and our reputation is what allows us to do what we do. We have a dedicated cleaning team along side quarterly checks and more to ensure your property is maintained to a high standard.
With our longer terms lets, we offer a complimentary cleaner once per fortnight to our tenants to come in and clean communal areas.
Although we take over management of your property, we are still very much in partnership with you.
